Integrations

Systems integration, development and advanced prototyping

Dronemaster & Robotics is the technology partner for organisations that need to design, integrate and deploy complex systems in robotics, drones and sensing. We do not offer standardised products: we engineer complete ecosystems built around the customer’s specific operational requirements, designed to ensure interoperability, security and scalability.

With a multidisciplinary team and solid expertise in software engineering, electronics and automation, we manage the full product lifecycle, from Proof-of-Concept (PoC) definition to validation and production ramp-up.

What we do

Custom hardware, prototyping and industrialisation

We turn an operational requirement into a physical solution ready for field deployment and for the market.

  • Rapid prototyping and manufacturing: design and production of structural components, chassis, mounts and custom mechanical integrations.
  • Electronics engineering: development of custom boards, wiring harnesses and IoT architectures to enable reliable communication between sensors, actuators and control systems.
  • Industrialisation: specialist support to move from prototype to validated product, optimising processes for scale production and reducing time-to-market.

Software, embedded firmware and dedicated APIs

We design the “intelligent core” of autonomous systems, with an approach focused on operational robustness and service continuity.

  • Embedded firmware: custom firmware development with attention to stability, cybersecurity and remote update management (over-the-air).
  • Control and supervision software: modular platforms for monitoring, telemetry, diagnostics and predictive analytics for complex systems.
  • API-based integration: dedicated application interfaces to securely connect robotic platforms, devices, cloud infrastructure and the customer’s IoT systems.

Drone (UAV) integrations and advanced payloads

We customise enterprise fleets and integrate high-precision payloads to turn the drone into an industrial measurement tool.

  • Gas sensors (sniffers): integration of modules for detection and quantification of leaks (e.g., methane and hydrocarbons) for safe inspections of assets and networks.
  • Multimodal sensing: setups with radiometric thermal cameras, high-density LiDAR sensors and multispectral cameras for precision agriculture and environmental monitoring.

Our development methodology

A structured process to reduce technical risk, accelerate validation and ensure field reliability.

  1. Analysis: requirements gathering, industrial context review, definition of objectives and constraints.
  2. Design: system architecture, technical specifications, component and protocol selection.
  3. Implementation: hardware, firmware and software development, integration and configuration.
  4. Testing: rigorous validation, field trials, performance tuning and robustness improvements.
  5. Support: ongoing assistance, evolutionary maintenance and post-integration support.

Why choose Dronemaster & Robotics

  • End-to-end approach: a single partner from design to production.
  • Real integration: systems designed to work together, not simply “assembled”.
  • Reliability and security focus: operational continuity, data protection and scalability.
  • Industrial mindset: solutions built for critical environments and complex missions.
